Aerial Conditioning & Flexibility (All Levels) for Adults

A fast-moving class that works you to the core -- literally! We have a different focus each week (core, back, glutes, shoulders, flexibility, etc) as we work both on the ground and in the air. The perfect circus fitness class for multi-levels.

Prerequisites: We recommend that you complete at least 4 classes of any beginner aerial class first before jumping into this class. A great starting place is Beginning Sling, Beg. Trapeze, Beg. Fabric or Intro-to-Aerial. Then, join us here to build more strength!
